1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jg99 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a guest browsing publicly available content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) the moment you click "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation during the registration process; (b) the moment you make a deposit or place a wager; or (c) the moment you access any game, feature, or betting market on the jg99 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jg99 with respect to your use of the platform. 2 Eligibility

jg99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one account on the jg99 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. jg99 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current account details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jg99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jg99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always shown on the jg99 payments page.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your jg99 account balance in real time or within a few seconds of confirmed payment.
• jg99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.

• jg99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are associated with unusual account activity.

• Any suspected fraudulent withdrawal attempt will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jg99 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT, any conversion costs and exchange rate risks are borne entirely by you.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus conditions apply to all jg99 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on their account.
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state that it is a recurring offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value).

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game type only.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jg99 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other major sporting events. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play (live) betting odds update in real time and the platform cannot guarantee that a submitted bet will be accepted at the odds shown if those odds change between submission and confirmation. A bet is only valid when you receive a confirmed bet reference number.

6.2 Casino Games

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jg99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Suspension & Termination

jg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Evidence that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jg99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated by jg99 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct and no investigation is pending, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any pending bets placed prior to account closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jg99 entity operating this platform.
